Link Cloaking

Link cloaking hides the actual destination URL from the visitor's browser address bar, keeping your branded domain visible.

How It Works

When cloaking is enabled, instead of a standard 302 redirect, UTMPro loads the destination page inside an iframe while keeping your short link URL in the browser's address bar.

When to Use

• Affiliate marketing: Hide long affiliate URLs
• Brand consistency: Keep your domain visible at all times
• Partner links: Present partner content under your brand

Limitations

• Some websites block iframe embedding (X-Frame-Options)
• Forms and authentication flows may not work inside iframes
• SEO juice goes to your domain, not the destination
