Domain Verification

Verify your custom domain to start using it for branded short links.

Step 1: Add Your Domain

1. Go to Settings → Domains
2. Click Add Domain
3. Enter your domain (e.g., link.yourcompany.com)

Step 2: Configure DNS

Add the following DNS record at your domain registrar:

Step 3: Wait for Verification

UTMPro checks DNS records automatically every hour. Once verified, a green ✅ badge appears next to your domain. DNS propagation typically takes 15 minutes to 48 hours.

Troubleshooting

• Make sure there are no conflicting A or CNAME records
• Check that your DNS provider supports the record type you're using
• If using Cloudflare, turn off the orange proxy cloud (use DNS only)
