A/B Testing Landing Pages with Short Links: No Code Required

By Ahmad Mohyyouddin · June 1, 2026 · 7 views

A/B Testing Without Developers

Traditional A/B testing requires JavaScript, experiment configuration, and developer help. UTMPro simplifies it: create one short link, add two destination URLs, and split traffic.

How It Works

  1. Create a new link in UTMPro
  2. Select A/B Test as the redirect mode
  3. Add Variant A and Variant B URLs
  4. Set traffic split (e.g., 50/50)
  5. Share the link and monitor results

What to Test

When to End the Test

Run tests for at least 7 days and 1,000 clicks for meaningful results. Set an end date in UTMPro; after that date, all traffic goes to the winner.
